Andrew’s media and events background spans 25 years. he co-founded World Trade Group (WTG) in 1997 and led the business as its CEO for 9 years, culminating in its sale to a London-based private equity firm in 2011. In addition to chairing Accucore, he is a non executive director at conferize.com, an online platform for the events industry.
As Group CEO of Accucore, Maria is responsible for defining the strategic direction of the business, and ensuring long-term growth and value creation across its brands. Prior to joining Accucore, Maria served as Chief Executive Officer of North America & Group Managing Director at World Trade Group limited (WTG) from May 2003 to August 2013. In this role, she was responsible for all World Trade Group summits, representing 90 percent of group revenues, and for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the fast-growing North American office. In 2011, she was a key member of the management team that led the sale of WTG to GCP Capital Partners for an industry-leading multiple of profits.

Sean (FCILT, SCOR-P) has a wealth of experience from more than 20 years working in the supply chain sector with a special focus on transformation; value chain best practices, implementation and segmentation; strategic planning and initiatives, and thought leadership. He spent 10 years with Cadbury Schweppes as the global design authority on what was the world’s largest SAP implementation, before leaving to become CEO of business consultancy SEVEN from 2006 to 2012, leading business transformation projects in the A&D, manufacturing and FMCG industries. Sean is also a keynote speaker, author, member of the European leadership team of the SCC and SCOR master instructor.
Commercial Relationship Director
Anna-Lisa is responsible for driving the group’s partnerships and commercial relationships globally. Her key challenge is to help our members solve their business challenges by meeting the right business partners and finding the right commercial solutions. She has previously held senior commercial and account management roles at Repucom, a leading sports research firm, and World Trade Group ( WTG) the global media business.
Joanne has a distinguished track record as a COO and business leader. In her previous role, she led Create Fertility’s growth plan and launched a central patient-led support service for their five IVF clinics. Playing a fundamental part in the day-to-day running of their clinics, she was heavily involved in the launch of their Birmingham centre in February 2015. Prior to that, she was Group Operations Director of World Trade Group limited (WTG) from October 2011 to June 2015 where she served as a member of the executive management board with responsibility for all operational activities including customer care, financial planning and event delivery. Prior to WTG, Jo was Head of Global Operations at UBM, winning the ‘Best Operations Team’ award at the Conference Awards in 2011. She has vast experience of event and business operations in the North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
